BOAF - EASO acknowledges individuals and organizations for important contributions to the area of Behavioral/Functional Optometry, Functional Syntonic Optometry and Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation. These awards are presented annually at the BOAF - EASO General Conference.

To recommend a candidate for any of those awards where nominations are accepted, please send your candidate along with any additional attachments to office@boaf-eu.org by February 1, 2023. All nominations are reviewed by the BOAF-EASO Award’s & Board Committee. Winner(s) will be announced at the BOAF - EASO 2023 General Conference.

BOAF – EASO würdigt Einzelpersonen und Organisationen für wichtige Beiträge auf dem Gebiet der Verhaltens-/Funktional-Optometrie, der Funktionellen Syntonic Optometrie und der Neuro-Optometrischen Rehabilitation. Diese Auszeichnungen werden jährlich auf der BOAF-EASO-Generalkonferenz verliehen.

Um einen Kandidaten für eine der Auszeichnungen zu empfehlen, bei denen Nominierungen akzeptiert werden, senden Sie bitte Ihren Kandidaten zusammen mit allen zusätzlichen Anhängen bis zum 1. Februar 2023 an office@boaf-eu.org . Alle Nominierungen werden vom BOAF-EASO Award's & Board Committee geprüft . Die Gewinner werden auf der BOAF-EASO-Generalkonferenz 2023 bekannt gegeben.

Frank was founding member and treasurer of BOAF-EASO.

He demonstrated superior service to the organization and was an National and International ambasador for the profession. Behavioral/Functional/Syntonic/Neuro - Optometry was his passion, his life.

Unfortunately he passed away on May 28, 2022. Memory is the only thing that is left to us. Nothing brings Frank back, but he is always with us in our hearts.

Therefore we as BOAF-EASO would like to honor Frank and created therefore the "FRANK HARDY Award".

The "FRANK HARDY AWARD"

Given to individual who has demonstrated superior service to the organization and/or the area of Behavioral/Functional/Syntonic/Neuro - Optometry.

This award is selected by the BOAF-EASO Dean who submits the recipients’ name to the Awards - Board Committee at least one month prior to the BOAF-EASO Conference, with additional input from the Awards Committee or others.

Frank war Gründungsmitglied und Schatzmeister von BOAF-EASO.

Er bewies hervorragende Dienste für die Organisation und war ein nationaler und internationaler Botschafter für den Berufsstand. Verhalten/Funktional/Syntonics/Neuro – Optometrie war seine Leidenschaft, sein Leben.

Leider ist er am 28. Mai 2022 verstorben. Die Erinnerung ist das Einzige, was uns bleibt. Nichts bringt Frank zurück, aber in unseren Herzen ist er immer bei uns.

Deshalb möchten wir als BOAF-EASO Frank ehren und haben dafür den „FRANK HARDY Award“ ins Leben gerufen.

Der „FRANK HARDY AWARD“

Verliehen an eine Person, die hervorragende Dienste für die Organisation und/oder den Bereich Verhaltens-/Funktional-/Syntonics-/Neuro-Optometrie geleistet hat.

Diese Auszeichnung wird vom BOAF-EASO-Dekan ausgewählt, der die Namen der Empfänger mindestens einen Monat vor der BOAF-EASO-Konferenz an das Awards-Board-Komitee übermittelt, mit zusätzlichem Input des Awards-Komitees oder anderer.

Premio

BOAF - EASO riconosce a individui e organizzazioni importanti contributi nell'area dell'optometria comportamentale/funzionale, dell'optometria sintonica funzionale e della riabilitazione neuro-optometrica.

Questi premi vengono assegnati ogni anno alla Conferenza generale BOAF - EASO.

Per consigliare un candidato per uno di quei premi in cui le candidature sono accettate, inviare il candidato insieme a eventuali allegati aggiuntivi a office@boaf-eu.org entro il 1 febbraio 2023. Tutte le candidature vengono esaminate dal BOAF-EASO Award & Board Committee .

I vincitori saranno annunciati alla Conferenza generale BOAF - EASO 2023.

Il Premio FRANK HARDY

Frank è stato membro fondatore e tesoriere di BOAF-EASO.

Ha dimostrato un servizio superiore all'organizzazione ed è stato un ambasciatore nazionale e internazionale per la professione. Comportamentale/Funzionale/Sintonico/Neuro - L'optometria era la sua passione, la sua vita.

Purtroppo è deceduto il 28 maggio 2022. La memoria è l'unica cosa che ci resta. Niente riporta Frank indietro, ma è sempre con noi nei nostri cuori.

Pertanto noi come BOAF-EASO vorremmo onorare Frank e quindi abbiamo creato il "FRANK HARDY Award".

Il "PREMIO FRANK HARDY" Dato a individuo che ha dimostrato un servizio superiore all'organizzazione e/o all'area di Optometria Comportamentale /Funzionale/ Sintonica/Neuro -. Questo premio è selezionato dal decano BOAF-EASO che presenta il nome dei destinatari al Comitato Awards - Board almeno un mese prima della Conferenza BOAF-EASO, con il contributo aggiuntivo del Comitato Awards o altri.
